COVID-19 Office Policies

The office is open and we are seeing patients.

Please only make an appointment if you have not been exposed within the last 14 days to anyone who has COVID-19 or who is suspected of having COVID-19.

A face mask is required at all times for anyone entering the office, including all patients and anyone accompanying a patient.

Your temperature will be taken at the time of your appointment.  If you have a temperature greater than 100.4 degrees or any new symptoms as listed below, you will not be able to have a treatment. 

Soap and water, paper towels, and hand sanitizers will be available for patient use.  If possible, please bring your own pen to use for signatures.

If you do not feel well or have cold or flu-like symptoms, please cancel your appointment until your symptoms have resolved for at least 3 days.  Office phone (626) 793-8988.

Symptoms of COVID-19 include: cough, fever, shortness of breath, chills, fatigue, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nasal congestion, muscle aches, diarrhea.
