Although we may be in-network, not all of the insurance plans cover acupuncture.  Details you may want to ask your insurance company about your acupuncture benefits would include:

• Is acupuncture covered under my plan?
• Is there a deductible? Must the deductible be met before acupuncture benefits apply?
• What is the co-pay or co-insurance?
• Maximum number of visits allowed or maximum dollar allowance per year?
• Are there diagnosis restrictions?

Workers' Compensation

Treatment is prescribed by the primary treating physician and authorized by the Workers' Compensation insurance company beforehand. Please confirm that our office is on your Workers' Compensation's Medical Provider Network (MPN).
