Wearing a face mask is highly encouraged while you are in the office.

Soap and water, paper towels, and hand sanitizers are available for patient use. 

Please reschedule your appointment if you have a respiratory infection, are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, or have recently been exposed to someone with COVID.

Symptoms of COVID-19 include: cough, fever, shortness of breath, chills, fatigue, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nasal congestion, muscle aches, diarrhea.
